Remove blank pages from a PDF scan

Scanning double-sided documents with duplex switched on is quick — but every single-sided sheet leaves an empty page behind. A 30-sheet stack can easily come out as a 60-page PDF with 25 blank pages in it, which makes the file longer, larger and annoying to read.

This page removes those pages automatically. Each page is checked, and pages that are empty — or nearly empty, with a bit of dust or bleed-through from the other side — are taken out. The result tells you exactly which page numbers were removed, so you can double-check.

If blank pages with specks are left behind, set the sensitivity to High. If a page with just a stamp or a short note was removed, use Low. After cleaning, you might also want to compress the file — it'll be noticeably smaller already.
