Organize the pages of a PDF
Organize Pages shows every page of your PDF as a thumbnail, so you can tidy it up by sight. Drag pages into a new order, turn sideways pages upright, delete the ones you don't need, duplicate a page or insert a blank page — for example to keep double-sided printing in step.
Thumbnails load progressively, so you can start moving pages before a long document has finished drawing. Blank pages you insert get the same size as the page before them. When the order is right, a single download gives you the finished file — there's no account and no limit on how often you use it.
It's the quickest way to fix a document before sending it: move the signature page to the end, take out an empty back page, or put an appendix where it belongs. Every change is shown straight away, and Undo all changes takes you back to the original order.
Your file is handled in your browser and never uploaded. The pages themselves aren't re-compressed, so text stays selectable and images stay sharp.

Questions and answers
Can I undo a change?
Yes. Undo all changes puts every page back as it was in the original file. Nothing is saved until you download.
Does it work with touch screens?
Yes. Press and hold a page, then drag it. The arrow buttons on each page also move it one place at a time.
Will rotating pages lower the quality?
No. Rotation is stored as a page setting; the content isn't redrawn, so nothing gets blurry.
Is my PDF uploaded?
No. Everything happens in your browser, so private documents stay on your device.
Can I organize several PDFs together?
Merge them first with Merge PDF, then open the merged file here.
