The service

ShamsPDF offers free online tools to work with PDF files and images. Most tools run in your browser; some run on our servers, as described in the Privacy Policy. We may change, add or remove tools at any time.

Your files and your responsibility

• Only process files you own or have the right to use. You remain the owner of your files and of the results.
• Don't use the tools for anything illegal: for example to forge documents, infringe copyright, or remove protection from files you are not entitled to open. "Unlock PDF" works only with the password you already know.
• Check the results before you rely on them. Conversions, OCR and automatic page ordering can make mistakes, especially with poor scans.

Fair use

Don't overload the service: no automated bulk use, scraping, or attempts to get around limits, rate limits or security. We may block addresses that do.

No warranty

The service is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. Keep your own copies of important documents. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost data, lost profits or indirect damage arising from the use of the service.

Ads and links

The site may show ads (see the Privacy Policy) and links to other websites. We are not responsible for the content of other websites or for products offered in ads.
