Convert Excel to PDF
Excel to PDF prints your spreadsheet to a PDF, so invoices, price lists, timetables and reports can be shared without anyone changing the numbers. XLSX, XLS and ODS files are accepted, and every sheet in the workbook is included.
Hidden sheets and hidden rows stay hidden, and charts are printed where they sit on the sheet. Very wide sheets are split across several PDF pages, the same way they would be when printing from Excel. Cell colours, borders and number formats are kept as they appear on screen.
The result follows your spreadsheet's print settings. For the best output, set the print area and page orientation in Excel first — wide tables usually look better in landscape. The conversion runs with LibreOffice on our secure server, and macros never run.
Your file travels over an encrypted connection, is encrypted the moment it arrives, and is deleted right after you download the PDF, never kept longer than 10 minutes. We never look at, share or keep copies of your files.
