Convert PowerPoint to PDF

PowerPoint to PDF turns a presentation into a PDF with one page per slide. A PDF opens on any phone or laptop without PowerPoint, keeps your fonts and layout in place and is easy to email or print as a handout. PPTX, PPT and ODP files are accepted.

Each slide keeps its exact layout, including fonts, images, shapes and charts, at the slide's own aspect ratio, whether that's 16:9 or 4:3. Links on slides stay clickable in the PDF, which is handy for sharing a deck with references.

Animations and embedded videos can't be part of a PDF, so they are left out; each slide appears as it looks when fully built. The conversion runs with LibreOffice on our secure server, and macros never run.

Your presentation is encrypted on arrival, processed in an isolated sandbox and deleted right after download, never kept longer than 10 minutes. We never look at, share or keep copies of your files.
