Edit a PDF
Edit PDF lets you write and draw on any PDF page. Add text in three fonts, sizes and colours; draw rectangles, ellipses, lines and arrows; sketch freehand; highlight passages; insert a picture such as a stamp or logo. Whiteout covers something with a white box, so you can hide an old date and type the new one on top.
Pages are shown at a comfortable size with thumbnails on the side, so moving between pages of long documents is quick. Text you add is placed as real text in the saved PDF, not as a picture, so it stays sharp when zoomed and printed, and can be selected afterwards.
Everything you add can be moved, resized and deleted until you save, with undo and redo along the way. Zoom in for precise work, and switch between pages with the thumbnails. Text in Hindi, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese and other scripts is supported.
The editing happens in your browser: your document is never uploaded. One thing it can't do is change the original text of the PDF — cover it with Whiteout and write over it instead.
